Plenty of Wolves fans have wished Patrick Cutrone the best after he was tested as positive with coronavirus.
The Italian striker joined Fiorentina on an 18-month loan in January after failing to break into the first-team of Nuno Espirito Santo’s side and is set to become permanent in the summer of 2021.
Nevertheless, he is still contracted to Wolves, and even with his career in England not going to plan for anyone, fans still seem to be a big fan of the 22-year-old.
Fiorentina’s club account announced the confirmation of his diagnosis, alongside fellow player German Pezzella and physiotherapist Stefano Dainelli.

Some things are more important than football – and health is definitely one of them.
Wolves were having one of their best seasons in decades, and unfortunately, the spread of the virus had put all of their good work in jeopardy, as completing this year’s Europa League now looks a tough ask.
Nevertheless, it’s hard to focus on the impact of football right now as so many people are falling ill. Time will tell to see how this season develops.
Get well soon Patrick 🐺
