Helder Costa for some Wolverhampton Wanderers fans may again be another member of the squad who hasn’t quite hit his highs of 2017/18 just yet as we continue adjusting to life in the Premier League having lifted the Championship title last season, but the 24-year-old must be relishing life at the moment.
Having received a call-up to his country for the October international break, Costa took little time at all to begin ingratiating himself with their faithful after forcing Wolves fans to take him into their hearts, and lining up against Scotland at Hampden Park, he only went and opened the scoring on the night in what eventually became a 3-1 win.
As we all continue adjusting to the top-flight, he might not have needed much of a confidence boost but he’ll certainly take that having opened his international account and taking to social media to react to his performance, fans were obviously delighted for him.
Costa scoring for Portugal on his senior debut
Not that any of the current Wolves squad need a confidence boost #WWFC https://t.co/efrclJGnHN

Playing well against Scotland wouldn't normally be much to shout about, but Costa is up against Robertson and doing very well #wwfc
