Lots of Wolves fans have discussed the amount of football Ryan Bennett has been getting while on loan at Leicester City.
Tim Spiers, a Wolves-based journalist for the Athletic, noted how Bennett has not appeared within one matchday squad for the club since making the loan move, to which many fans responded.
The defender was hardly the first-choice while under Nuno Espirito Santo, but he still managed to rack up 11 Premier League appearances for the season and was often on the bench.
Should Ryan Bennett still be here?
No, won't be needed
Yes, we could do with him
Despite this, he was still granted a loan to Brendan Rodgers’ team on deadline day, even with no replacement being bought and Jesus Vallejo also being allowed to leave.
This has meant that Conor Coady, Willy Boly and Max Kilman are currently the clubs only first-team centre backs, though Romain Saiss and Leander Dendoncker are both very much capable of playing there even if it isn’t their ideal position.
Many responded to the situation, with some suggesting that the deal was a strange one, while another even said he should have stayed where he was.

No money for Wolves then if he doesn’t make a certain number of appearances

The 30-year-old has a contract until 2021, but could leave the club sooner if the Foxes decide to activate the option to make the deal permanent.
Whether that will happen remains to be seen, but with Leicester not needing him right now and having all of the Champions League money coming in next season, they might be after someone who is more likely to challenge the first-team.
