Plenty of Wolves fans have reacted on Twitter to the news that the Premier League, FA, EFL and WSL have agreed to postpone the professional game within England.
The news comes as not much of a surprise as leagues across Europe have been postponing matches due to the outbreak of the coronavirus.
In fact, just a few hours prior, Wolves’ return leg against Olympiacos had been postponed by UEFA as they put their tournaments on ice for the meanwhile.
The Premier League’s website claim that the shareholders got together and unanimously agreed that all football shall be suspended until April 4, subject to medical advice and conditions.
It is said that even with the obvious challenges, the Premier League is aiming to reschedule the lost fixtures, including the academy games, when it is safe to do so.
Updates from the Premier League will come “when appropriate”.
Should Pedro Neto get more football?
Yes, definitely
He's getting enough
Many fans replied to the news. Some suggested that it was “about time”, with the Premier League seemingly a bit slower to act than the rest of Europe. Others suggested that there is no chance of continuing on April 4, while another just wished all the staff and players well.

With cases up +208 in UK today so far and having doubled in 3 days there is no way this thing will be cleared in 3 weeks

Obviously, health comes first and that is the most important thing. However, if there was ever a bad time for such a virus, it would probably be when Wolves were close to the final eight of a major European competition and in with a shout for the Champions League.
There are obviously a lot of questions to be answered about what will happen with this season, but the priority right now is everyone’s safety.
