Fulham are the latest club to join the chase for Matt Jarvis, piggy backing onto the interest from Southampton and Everton.

As we’ve already confessed before he was always likely to be one of the first to leave Wolves at the end of the season and that became clear when Premier League new boys Southampton made their first move for Jarvis around a month ago.

The Daily Express reported that Southampton were valuing him at around £4million, making him one of the main targets this summer.

A couple of weeks later the Daily Mail followed that article up, reporting Southampton’s continued interest with a valuation of £4million, but also stated that Everton are also interested.

Now we have a variety of reports floating around that Fulham have joined the party.

This time around the fee has jumped to £5million, still massively under the valuation many Wolves fans would put on his head, but at least the figure is going in the right direction.

Our friends over on Vital Fulham seem keen, believing he could be the man to to provide the service Pavel Pogrebnyak needs.

Vital Wolves Comment: If their manager feels the same then we could finally begin to get that auction up and running to make sure we get the highest possible fee for him.
