Transfer Deadline Day has become one of the most hyped days of the footballing calendar.

But there does not appear to be any chance that anyone around Molineux will be whipped up into a frenzy by Sky Sports News.

So whilst the yellow ticker is already scrolling along, as the time ticks away to 11pm this evening, it doesn’t look like there will be any need for Wolverhampton Wanderers fans to be glued to their TV screens all day.

Chief executive Jez Moxey is thought to have been in talks over the weekend regarding potential deals, but Wolves Head Coach Kenny Jackett is not expecting any movement.

We do need to keep a watchful eye on Bakary Sako, but even despite of interest from QPR there is enough reason to remain hopeful that we can keep hold of him.

“I think things will be very quiet, and if anything happens it will be if the phone rings and things may change, But it looks very doubtful that anything will happen either in or out.” he told the Express & Star.
