Nuno Espirito Santo could drop Max Kilman against Tottenham on Sunday after his poor performance in Thursday’s Europa League defeat to Espanyol. The 22-year-old was directly culpable for two of the three goals Wolves conceded on the night and is likely to be replaced by Romain Saiss.

Kilman was beaten to a cross for Espanyol’s first goal of the game and conceded a penalty which led to their second goal. Nuno kept him on the pitch for 90 minutes despite his struggles at the Estadio Cornellà-El Prat, but it’s hard to see him keeping his place over the weekend.
Saiss has been a regular for Wolves this season, making 36 appearances in all competitions while scoring and creating four goals. The 29-year-old has impressed as a makeshift centre-back and should start alongside Conor Coady and Willy Boly against Tottenham.
Ahead of Sunday’s meeting with the Lilywhites, Nuno’s men are currently eighth in the Premier League table with 39 points from 27 games, having lost just one of their last six. Saiss, Coady and Boly have helped Wolves keep a clean sheet in each of their previous three league games, so the trio together will be key against Spurs.
