Another 48 hours

Freddy Eastwood has been given 48 hours to rescue his move to Coventry City.

Which hinges on a dispute over money he is ‘legally entitled to’ from Wolves.

The club have allegedly made what they consider a generous five figure offer to help the deal along, rejected by Eastwood, which begs the question, exactly how much is this guy entitled to and for what?

If he’s holding out for his full signing on fee, I respectfuly suggest he gets told to poke it.

No one gets the full ammount of staggered payments if they leave mid contract. That’s why they’re staggered.


Freddy has always enjoyed a good relationship with the fans, but this is now making a mockery of them, and the ‘I just want to play football’ comedy stylings we heard last season.
