Wolves Thin The Pack – Forgotten Man Sees His Contract Terminated

This week it was confirmed that Wolverhampton Wanderers had agreed a mutual contract termination with Paul Gladon.

The 26-year-old Dutchman came into the Molineux back in late August 2016 for an undisclosed fee from Heracles but in the years since he has made only three appearances for the side across all competitions, and the last of those came in September 2016 shortly after his arrival.

The following summer he was loaned back to his former club for the season and in late August I believe he headed out to St Truiden on another season long loan deal as he looked for game time and to get himself back on track.

With Wolves needing to offload a few players following Fosen’s spike in ambitions, clearly we’ve struggled to garner much interest in the player so it’s best for all concerned that he can now look after his future as a free agent and get himself a deal agreed elsewhere.

21-year-old Will Randall has also terminated his deal this week.

It wouldn’t be a surprise in many ways if they weren’t the only two players who agreed a mutual termination before the end of the month to benefit their futures in the second half of the campaign.
