On Wednesday, Wolverhampton Wanderers confirmed our travelling squad for the upcoming pre-season tour of Asia.

The trip out sees us take part in the Asia Cup and we will face Newcastle United in the Semi-Finals of the competition, before then either facing off against Manchester Cty or West Ham United in the Final or the third place Play-Off.

Plenty of stars will be on show given the players named to make the trip, but there are some absentees.

Matt Doherty misses out with injury, whilst Romain Saiss and Raul Jimenez are excused given their more recent international commitments, but a host of young faces will be given the opportunity to shine and fans will naturally be hoping quite a few seize the opportunity when it comes their way.
