Wolves Give Fans Another Chance To Watch The Highlights From Our Crusading Europa League Adventure

|

Having taken a Europa League Qualifying Second Round first leg victory over Crusaders the other week (2-0), on Thursday evening Wolverhampton Wanderers comfortably completed the job, taking a 4-1 victory on the night in the second leg.

Head coach Nuno Espirito Santo selected a strong squad for the game, but youngsters Morgan Gibbs-White and Ruben Vinagre got second half runouts as they increased their own experience, and with goals from Raul Jimenez (brace), Ryan Bennett and an own goal, we booked our place in the next round of the competition with a comprehensive 6-1 aggregate scoreline – albeit we did have to bounceback from an opening own goal by Bennett on the day.

It’s Armenian side Pyunik in the next round.

On Saturday, to provide some good evening television (of sorts) Wolves social media team Tweeted out extended highlights from the game again for those who hadn’t stumbled over them already, and if you haven’t seen them, it’s worth watching – even if the start to the game was a fair bit sluggish!
