Vital Wolves was saddened to learn that one of the few surviving members of the Wolves 1949 FA Cup winning side has died

Terry Springthorpe, who was 82, passed away last week. He had been suffering from Parkinsons Desease

In total, Terry played for Wolves 38 times, including the 3-1 victory over Leicester City at Wembley in 1949.

He leaves behind a Wife, Pam, and a son Christopher.
