A couple of bits of news, that we thought we should mention in passing.

The transfer window may have closed on the 2009/10 season, but Wolves have still been linked with a couple of moves.

Ivory Coast striker Aruna Dindane who is currently on loan at struggling Portsmouth from Lens, could become available depending on the current problems at Pompey.

Currently he is suppose to be making the move to Fratton Park permanent, but that deal is reportedly close to collapse.

We are also set to follow the situation regarding Crystal Palace defender Nathaniel Clyne.

McCarthy made a late bid for him on transfer deadline day and he could consider making another move in the summer.

This of course is all assuming that Mick McCarthy is going to remain at the helm at Molinuex.

Since the defeat to Crystal Palace in the FA Cup, the heat is back on McCarthy.

Ironically, next up is Birmingham City on Sunday and of course it was the defeat to Birmingham at Molineux that originally put the spot light on McCarthy with some fans casting a doubt on his future.

Thankfully for Mick our form took a quick up turn just as the questions were being asked.
