Back in August Wolves signed 21-year-old versatile midfielder George Saville from Chelsea.

Having played a part in Brentford’s promotion from League One last season making 40 appearances during his loan spell, he interested promotion hopefuls Middlesbrough.

However having previously worked with Saville whilst at Millwall, Jackett won the battle to bring him to Wolves.

Unfortunately after four starts and two substitute appearances, Saville is yet to win the battle to win over the Wolves fans.

Wolves have drawn three and lost once when Saville has started for Wolves, with his most recent start coming in the 5-0 hammering to Derby.

Wolves Head Coach Kenny Jackett has however come out and praised Saville, calling him one for the future.

‘At 21-years-old, he`s got a really bright future, I see it as a long game with him but in a team playing 4-3-3 he`s got potential and is an option.’ Jackett told the Express & Star.

He continued: “His eye for a pass, eye for a goal, can come on. He needs to work on his defensive side but he`ll get physically stronger as he gets older.”
