Bristol City boss Keith Millen has delivered the bad news that young Wolves striker Sam Vokes has once again suffered damage to his hamstring.

The luckless Welsh striker damaged his hamstring during the summer, and following his recovery was sent out on loan. Vokes’ opportunities at City were chopped down by injury, and as he moved closer to return he has allegedly damaged the tendons.

Personally, I would prefer a player who I rate to prove a tremendous asset to our club for many years to come should be back at Molineux under the care of our own medical staff.

Best wishes to Sam in his recovery.

New York City Wolf.
