MILIJAS appears to be the number one target for Wolves this summer.

Here at Vital Wolves we have covered this potential transfer numerous times already since our re-launch on Monday.

The media yesterday appeared convinced that the Serbian was set to sign for Wolves. With the agent yet again grabbing the media spot light.

The 26-year-old Serbian midfielder is currently Red Star’s club captain but is looking to move this summer.

‘We’re very close to sealing the deal with Wolverhampton, Milijas took his time to decide where are the best conditions to play and to live – and that’s England.’ Zoran Stojadinovic the players agent said.

But today The Times have reported that Aston Villa could be set to unsettle the move as they make their own bid for the player.

Vital Wolves Comment: The agent has been playing the media to drum up interest in his client. A late swoop from another club wouldn’t surprise us.

The news is also convenient ahead of any future contract talks.
