Trips to Old Trafford and Anfield, Stamford Bridge and Highbury or whatever their new fandango stadium is called.

The fixtures computer appears to have been nice to us this season, easing us in with games against the mid-table sides from last year.

We’re not allowed to actually discuss who and when we are playing teams due to copyright law, Stephen Ward has spoken to the official site though and he said ‘I think December is the only month where we play the ‘big four’ within a couple of weeks of each other, so that’s worked out quite well.’

Not sure who Ward thinks are the ‘top four’ as we play Arsenal and Chelsea back to back in November. But he went on to add ‘If we can hang in there and do as well as we can and pick up points from the start, it’s probably as kind a run as we could have hoped for.’

Vital Wolves Comment: Certainly points to be taken in the first month of the season. 6 points from our opening 4 games would ease us in nicely.
