Manchester United’s Nemanja Vidic and Chelsea’s Branislav Ivanovic helped persuade Nenad Milijas to move to the Premier League.

The Premier League duo are International buddies with Milijas and their words of advice look like they have brought a gem to Molineux.

The Serbian reportedly turned down moves to La Liga in Spain and Ligue 1 in France to come to Wolves on the say so of his friends.

“Vidic at Manchester and Ivanovic from Chelsea are my very good friends.’ Nenad told the Sunday Mercury.

“I have already talked with them and they have told me all about England, what people expect and what I must do.

“Vidic helped me very much before I came here. I talked with him and asked him if I should come to England.”

Vital Wolves Comment: Well my personal thanks have to go to Vidic then, because Milijas could prove the difference in some games in the Premier League and those added points could prove vital come the end of the season!
