If we can take anything from David Hammons’ neutral preview of the upcoming weekend clash between Manchester United & Wolverhampton Wanderers then it is that the gap between the big boys and the small fishes is tightening at an alarming speed.

Tottenham’s top four finish last season, and the attempted emergence as a major club in the form on Manchester City finally put THE BIG FOUR under question and Spurs European Champions League qualification proved to act as the proof within the pudding that things had changed.

Ahead of the weekend clash, the journalist has predicted a narrow one nil victory for United who meet Wolves on the back of five consecutive victories and unbeaten in 23.

It is a daunting reminder of the task ahead of us but I for one, fancy Wolves to snatch a surprise point on Saturday- and whilst Mick is pumping the adrenaline, correctly asking as to why we can’t go there any ‘really’ upset them, as in beating them, tells us how far our treasured club has come in such a short relative space of time under his guardianship.
