We make no apologies for recycling that old headline! Jack Price has signed a new contract at Molineux.

The 22-year-old has signed a new deal until the end of the 2017/18 season.

The former academy star did have one year of his contract plus a year option remaining but his new deal includes improved terms.

“I am really pleased that Jack Price has extended his contract with us,” said Wolves Head Coach Kenny Jackett to Wolves Official Website.

He added: “He deserves it on his performances.

“We hope that midfield will be a very competitive area for us next season and that Jack will be involved in that.”

Price initially broke through to the first team in August 2013 and played 30 times as Wolves won promotion from League One.

Last season he spent the first half of the season on loan with Yeovil and Leyton Orient making a total of 12 appearances before returning to Molineux.

He made his first Championship appearance in December and from that point on he held on to his place in the side and finished the season with 25 Wolves appearances.
