According to TuttoJuve, Wolverhampton Wanderers have lowered their asking price for Raul Jimenez. Juventus are keen on the 29-year-old and reports in May suggested Wolves were open to selling him, so a move away from Molineux may be on the cards.

TuttoJuve say the Midlands outfit ‘have a quote of €20m’ for Juventus, 50% of the figure Jimenez was touting for himself in an April interview. He said at the time: “(Wolves) bought me for €40million (£34.5m), they won’t sell me for less.”

The Mexican international has attracted interest from other clubs since his move from Benfica. Jimenez initially joined Wolves on loan in 2018, scoring 17 goals and making eight assists in 44 games. He turned his move permanent in 2019, scoring 22 goals and making 10 assists in 44 games.

In addition to Juventus, Manchester United are also keen on the striker’s signature, but Wolves surely won’t part company with a key player without lining up a replacement.

Carlo Vinicius is on their radar, but his €100m asking price may kill any hopes of Wolves agreeing a deal with Benfica. It’s unknown whether the Midlands outfit will have more luck trying to bring in Danny Loader, Hee-Chan Hwang or Emmanuel Dennis either.

What planet are tuttojuve on, Jiminez faces an uncertain future, what a load of hogwash, just because we are after other players doesn’t mean we are going to sell.
If juventus want Jiminez he will cost them upwards of £100m and non of their players interest us Wolves fans, any way juventus might be a big club in their country but that’s were it ends when you compare status between us and them, they play in a tin pot league we play in the best league in the world!

This guy should be sacked he does not no anything about wolves. And as for wolves wanting a striker for 100 million euros There’s no ffp this season so thats no problem for us.our owner increased his personal wealth last year by 1.5 billion pounds and as always stated if wolves want anyone money would not be a problem.
