According to Alan Nixon of The Sun, Gillingham are interested in signing Jordan Graham on loan. The 24-year-old has been short of form and playing time at Wolverhampton Wanderers and could be on his way out of Molineux this month.

Graham is out of contract in July, hasn’t featured for Wolves since August 2017 and finds himself behind Adama Traore, Pedro Neto and Diogo Jota in the pecking order under Nuno. He’s racked up just 17 appearances since joining Wolves from Aston Villa in 2015, scoring only one goal.

The 24-year-old has embarked upon loan moves to Oxford United (September 28, 2015 – October 28, 2015) (January 2, 2019 – May 31, 2019), Fulham (August 31, 2017 – January 15, 2018) and Ipswich Town (August 28, 2018 – December 31, 2018) to get first-team football, but many of the moves failed.

Graham contributed only three goals in 25 games for Oxford but failed to score or make an assist at Fulham and Ipswich. Whether he can find his form at Gillingham remains to be seen, however. The Gils are 14th in League One with 36 points from 27 games. Playing regular football is surely better than spending the next five months on the periphery?
