The 23-year-old was named on the bench in Sunday’s 1-0 defeat to Liverpool and impressed after being introduced in the second half. Traore only played for 32 minutes so he should be fully fit to face the Hornets.

Nuno won’t overlook the Spaniard as he’s been outstanding for Wolves this season, scoring and creating 12 goals in 29 appearances across the board. Traore has made five or more successful dribbles in each of his last seven appearances while creating 11 chances for his troubles too.

The 23-year-old has made 65 appearances in all competitions since joining Wolves from Middlesbrough in 2018, contributing a total of 16 goals. Traore is enjoying the best form of his career and finds himself being linked with Tottenham, but it’s highly unlikely he’d be sold.

Traore should start against Watford and will hope to fire the Midlands outfit back to winning ways. Victory on Wednesday could see Wolves go fifth in the table if other results go their way.
