Raul Jimenez was blasted by supporters after having five chances that were all off target in Friday’s 0-0 draw with Leicester City, and Diogo Jota also came in for some criticism over his performance at Molineux.
The 23-year-old only had one chance, failed to create an opportunity for his teammates, frequently relinquished possession, didn’t put any balls of quality into the box and was eventually hooked by Nuno Espirito Santo in the second-half.

Jimenez and Jota couldn't hit a barn door at the moment. #wwfc

I love Diogo Jota, but it feels like he is just phoning it in a bit tonight. #WOLLEI

Against Leicester, Jota played for 77 minutes, made 42 touches, had one shot, completed 66.7% of his 24 passes, whipped in only one cross that didn’t find a teammate, made two tackles, gave away three fouls, made two successful dribbles and drew two fouls.
The Portuguese international has made 32 appearances in all competitions this season, scoring and creating 14 goals. Jota hasn’t scored a goal since Wolves’ 4-0 win over Besiktas (December 12, 2019) and hasn’t made an assist since their Europa League win over Pyunik Erevan (August 8).
Daniel Podence may soon be handed a start if Jota continues to struggle in games.
See the gobshite glory hunters are mouthing off again, Jiminez has been brilliant for us this season and last , ok he had an off night maybe these jackasses will be happy if he leaves!
