Okay, in fairness, this in no way can be considered news but I found it hugely amusing when I stumbled over it last week. I imagine plenty of fans might have missed it as we were otherwise preoccupied as we took victory over Manchester United.
Hosting the side last Tuesday evening at the Molineux, we battled to a justified 2-1 victory on the night with goals coming from Diogo Jota and a Chris Smalling own goal, as we took a second win over them in three games across the 2018/19 campaign – the opening league encounter at Old Trafford being a one all draw.
Fans who like this kind of thing will already know that Phil Jones is a superstar in his own right on social media, not for his day job of course, but for the bizarre and often painful looking faces he pulls during matches.
