Versatile midfielder Leander Dendoncker didn’t have a great start to life at the Molineux as he made the loan switch from Anderlecht at the start of the season, but on Monday morning Wolverhampton Wanderers confirmed that we had now signed the 24-year-old permanently.
Loan ➡️ Permanent
Leander Dendoncker is now officially a Wolves player after being on loan for the 2018/19 season.

Fans knew the original loan deal was always with an obligation to buy the player this summer and having been patient and settled in, he impressed plenty in his short run outs and come the end of the 2018/19 campaign, he was a regular under head coach Nuno Espirito Santo and he finished the campaign with 24 starting appearances and two showings from the substitutes bench.
In those games, the Belgian international chipped in with two Premier League goals as well.
With him basically ending the season as an ever present as we secured seventh spot in the top flight table to enjoy a Europa League adventure this season, fans were naturally delighted when the news broke.
Outstanding player. Looking forward to watching him develop even further under Nuno
