Will Norris could have an uncertain future at Wolves when his loan spell at Ipswich Town comes to an end. The 26-year-old has been inconsistent at Portman Road and may not have convinced Nuno Espirito Santo to keep him for another season.
Norris joined Ipswich on a season-long loan deal in July and was made to wait until October to make his League One debut. He was initially second-choice to Tomas Holy under Paul Lambert but has been a regular in the last two months, featuring in seven of Ipswich’s last nine league games.
Unfortunately for Norris, his form has spiralled and he’s conceding goals in droves of late. The Englishman has been beaten nine times in his last five appearances and made some costly errors to boot.
23' Almost a disaster for Will Norris as the goalkeeper's clearance falls straight to a Gills attacker, but Town rush back and eventually recover.

Fans want to see Holy replace Norris against Wycombe on Wednesday afternoon as a result.
Holy HAS to start against Wycombe. So much better than Norris. #itfc

The rotation has been poor, no consistent system – no consistent selection; Holy is better than Norris, Donacien is limited, Wilson should play more, Chambers is out of form, Judge is out of position, the front two can't hold the ball, and yet we play team selection bingo #itfc

The out-of-form shot-stopper has made a total of 12 appearances for Ipswich this season, conceding 16 goals and keeping only three clean sheets. It’s hard to see Wolves wanting to retain Norris’ services when he returns next summer, so his days may be numbered.
