Jamie O’Hara could be set to switch League One football with Wolves, for Championship football with Blackpool.
After being frozen out of the Wolverhampton Wanderers first team set-up for most of this seasons campaign, O`Hara recently returned to the fold, making two substitute appearances against Stevenage and Carlisle.
Unsurprisingly after being put into exile since the summer, the £5million rated 27-year-old has struggled for match fitness and match sharpness and was subsequently dropped from the squad.
He’s now out on trial with Paul Ince’s Blackpool, with a view to him making a loan move before the deadline closes on Thursday.
“He`s on trial today with Blackpool. The idea is he has a few days training with them with a view to a loan move by Thursday.’ Kenny Jackett told the Express & Star on Monday.
He continued: “Kevin Thelwell (head of football development) will be in touch with Blackpool in the middle of this week and they will either take him on loan before the window closes on Thursday or they won`t.”
