Wolves have opened negotiations with Norwegian side SK Brann regarding the future of Norway international Erlend Hanstveit.
Intriguingly, Brann sports director Roald Bruun-Hanssen has said
‘It’s correct that we have got a request from Wolverhampton regarding Erlend. Among other things, they have asked permission to talk to him and we have given them that.’
The left back, rated one of the most talented in Norway has previously been a target of Werder Bremen, PSV Eindhoven and Manchester United.
Originally a midfielder, he was capped 26 times for the Norway U21 side, and 5 times as a full international, and is the current SK Brann vice-captain
