Wolves Chief Executive Officer Jez Moxey has denied reports that manager Mick McCarthy and Chairman Steve Morgan have fallen out.

‘We work hard on maintaining healthy relationships within the club, it’s important to be unified.’ Jez told Wolves Official Website.

The statement coincides with reports in the national and local media that following the team selection at Manchester United there has been a divide in the boardroom: ‘There are no problems at all between Mick and Steve.

He added: ‘Just because the chairman has chosen to not to say anything publicly shouldn’t be read into at all.’
