In his first interview since leaving them, Michael McIndoe has given possibly the most bizzare reason for his leaving Wolves

He told the BCFC official site

‘I’m here because Bristol City are showing big ambition and also because I worked with the manager before.’

So Wolves, with Morgan’s Millions, a new highly rated striker, a storming season behind them and a former World Cup manager at the helm aren’t?

C’mon Michael, who are you trying to kid.

Obviously he’s not going to go into the finer details of his hasty exit from the club that offered him the chance to resurrect his career yet.

But please, credit your former fans with a little more intelligence than to expect us to believe that the reason you left was because Bristol City are showing more ambition than Wolverhampton Wanderers.
