Wolves boss Mick McCarthy senses an up turn in form following Saturday’s draw with Everton. Can that continue against Aston Villa?
We may have been only a few minutes away from claiming all the points, but a draw away at Everton is still a good result. Enough it seems for McCarthy to sense and up turn in fortune for Wolves.
“I sensed a real belief in us on Saturday. I just sense we`re getting better. We`ve got better and stronger and we`ve got more belief in every game.’ Mick told the Express & Star.
Vital Wolves Comment: I have refused to get carried away following the Everton result!
Too many times this season we have shown promise of pushing on and getting a string of results together, only to lose the next game with a poor display.
Next up Aston Villa, that will be hard, especially after their recent result, so a hard working performance and another draw please!
