Wolves Chairman Steve Morgan and boss Mick McCarthy have reportedly not spoken since the game against Manchester United.

A week may have passed but the dust certainly has not settled according to the Express & Star who believe the pair have fallen out over McCarthy’s team selection at Old Trafford.

The local rag believes that a lack of a statement from Morgan on either WOW or the match day programme is possible evidence that Morgan was unhappy with his managers selection policy.

The paper goes on to say Morgan was shocked by the selection and that whispers suggest the two haven’t spoke since.

Vital Wolves Comment: Very little to add, obviously go out and buy the paper if you want to read the full article, or of course visit the site via the link provided.

While we may have shown absolute fickleness by our u-turn on McCarthy’s decision (something we are unashamed of as we are supporters – that is our right!) it appears Morgan is a little less easier to turn.
