It seems that Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti is in no rush to decide on the future of Michael Mancienne.

With the new season fast approaching, you would have thought in the best interests of the player that Chelsea would have made their minds up whether they want to keep him or let him go.

I’m sure Michael Mancienne would like to know and every single Wolves fan would also like to know as we all hope to see him return to Molineux for another stint.

But it seems while we have to remain patient for now, the wait is close to an end.

‘Michael Mancienne is training with us now and he is here. We have to consider him as a Chelsea player. Now he is here and I don’t know if for him it is better, we will take a decision maybe next week about his situation.’ Carlo Ancelotti told chelseafc.com.

Over the past year or so reading the views of Vital Chelsea supporters, it is clear that Mancienne is well thought of down there.

But is he really going to be better off staying there and hardly playing, just to help them make up their quota in the new squad system?

Let him go, play first team football on a regular basis and help him push on in his England career!
