Late last week Wolverhampton Wanderers’ striker Leo Bonatini was being linked with a move away from the Molineux in the January transfer window and Turkish side Galatasaray were being linked with him.
I covered it previously and I’ll simply link that to save overly repeating the speculation as it’s fair to say it was loose at best, with very little information you can hang your hat on, and of course it came during the November international break which makes all the sense in the world given real news drop off and media outlets still have publishing targets to hit.
So It Begins (Again) – Wolves Striker Set For January Switch To Turkey
Having not scored for Wolves since December 2017 the 24-year-old Brazilian is an obvious pick for departure speculation as we all know we have to address our goal return and he just hasn’t recaptured the form he showed when he first joined – although it would be unfair to say he hasn’t been putting the effort in.
Whatever the truth to the speculation, amongst some in the fanbase they are obviously hoping it proves to be true for a variety of reasons.

I loved Bonatini pre Christmas last year. But its time he moved on and if its true what the papers suggest he might well be in January #WWFC

Been nearly a year since he had any sort of form. He has no way back into the team or squad now, move is best for all. Thanks for a great 4 month period.
