Jonny Otto has recovered from injury ahead of Wolverhampton Wanderers’ trip to face West Ham United on June 19-21.

The 26-year-old suffered a knock on his ankle in Wolves’ 3-0 win over Norwich City on February 23 and didn’t return before the season was postponed due to Covid-19.

He wore a protective boot after the incident, but the Mirror confirmed days ago that Jonny is back while Sports Gambler confirmed that Wolves don’t have any injured first-teamers, so the left-back should be fit to start against United.

Jonny has made 38 appearances in all competitions this season, scoring one goal and making two assists. The Spanish international has been a regular under Nuno Espirito Santo, missing only three Premier League games, so he should get the nod over Ruben Vinagre when things resume.

Wolves are sixth in the table with 43 points from 29 games, coming off the back of two wins and three draws from their last five. The Midlands outfit are only five points adrift of the Champions League places too.

Nuno’s men have nine games remaining to oust Chelsea in fourth place – West Ham, Bournemouth, Aston Villa, Arsenal, Sheffield United, Everton, Burnley, Crystal Palace and Chelsea.
