Plenty of Wolves fans have poured in messages of appreciation to a fan’s artwork after she tweeted about it.
Artist Louise Cobbold – the woman responsible for the club’s programme covers this season – posted a video showing her progression for her most recent artwork, Joao Moutinho showing a heart with his hands, which you can see here.
The acrylic and watercolour artist is making a name for herself in Wolverhampton. In fact, last season, as part of a project to raise money for charities within the local community, four eBay auctions of her original works of art that featured on the programme covers managed to raise thousands of pounds for charity.
She managed to raise over £35,000 towards the Cure Lukeamia, Good Sherpherd Ministry Wolverhampton, Race Against Blood Cancer and YMCA Black County charities.
Fans absolutely loved to see the video of her creating the cover, as you can see from the responses to the video below.

These are incredible Louise; how long was that start to finish as an overall time lapse? A few days by the looks of the change of clothes, but how many hours?

Lots of fans may argue that she’s not the only one producing quality art this season, as Nuno Espirito Santo’s squad seems to be doing that also.
The club are in a terrific position despite many suggesting they would struggle this season. The club have been able to deal with the demand of the Europa League by managing to reach the knockout stage while also staying within touching distance of the European football qualification spots in the league.
