Glenn Hoddle has been left counting the cost of his sides battling victory against Burnley on Tuesday night.

Wolves could not afford to leave Turf Moor empty handed which meant players puting their bodies on the line.

And that also meant casualties.

Never one to shy away from a challenge, Paul Ince led by example, opting to play the full 90 minutes even after tweaking his hamstring scoring Wolves winner.

Now it looks like that strain might be worse than first thought.

Paul was due to undergo a scan today, but Glenn Hoddle is already bracing himself for the worst. Talking to Wolves World Hoddle explained the situation

‘We don’t know the chances of Paul being fit until we get the results of the scan.

‘There is a chance that his hamstring is torn. He had an instant reaction when he scored. He asked us to give him five minutes to shake it off, then 20 minutes, and then he decided he could play the whole game.

‘It just shows what you can do when you have got that burning desire.’ he added.

No fight? No commitment? No conviction?

No truth.
