Options is a word Glenn Hoddle likes to use a lot.

And the additions made to the squad last month have not only strengthened the team, but have also provided him with a number of different ones in each area.

In choosing his signings, he has also added players with great versatility making the team much better placed to deal with whatever the opposition can muster.

Tactically, Wolves now seem spoiled for choice. There is now enough genuine strength in depth to allow Hoddle to switch formations almost at will.

And the bench, an indicator of a sides true strength can now offer replacements to match anyone from the starting 11.

The weekends match with Leicester City will give fans the first chance to see Hoddle’s new look side.

And it will give an indication of the teams real chance at attaining promotion.

Wolves cannot afford to relapse into complacency, and every game now becomes a must win.

But with the likes of Frankowski and Aliadiere to be unleashed on The Foxes there is every chance that the dream is still alive.
