Wolverhampton Wanderers signed off their pre-season campaign with victory over Spanish side Villarreal CF at the Molineux on Saturday.
Goals from Willy Boly and @Raul_Jimenez9 overturn @VillarrealCF's first-half lead and Wolves win in their final pre-season outing ahead of the 2018/19 @premierleague season.

Hosting the La Liga side at the ground for our final warm-up match ahead of next weekend’s Premier League kick-off, goals from Willy Boly and Raul Jimenez earned us the win, but it was far from plain sailing as we had to battle back from a goal behind – but that in itself will only help confidence.
2-1 was how it finished, but the win could’ve been greater though had Ruben Neves not missed the opportunity to level the scores up from the penalty spot – nobody’s perfect eh!
.@Raul_Jimenez9 'proud' of the team's work as Wolves run out 2-1 winners over @VillarrealCF in today's pre-season friendly.

All eyes to Everton now and with a good week of training and plenty of solid preparation, we will no doubt be hoping to make our top-flight return bow in fantastic style and preferably all three points from the get-go as we announce ourselves back on the top stage of English football.
