Kevin Doyle admits that he doesn’t know where he will be playing next season and hasn’t ruled out a Wolverhampton Wanderers return.
The 30-year-old who is currently on loan with Queens Park Rangers is preparing for the richest game in the world this Saturday, the Football League Championship Play-Off Final.
The winners of QPR and Derby County will be promoted to the Premier League, bringing with it all the glory of top flight football and the lucrative television deals it brings.
But for Doyle, he doesn’t know where he will be plying his trade next season.
He still has one-year remaining on his deal at Wolves and as things stand he will be returning to Molinuex over the summer.
‘I don’t know (where I’ll be next season),I know it lies back at Wolves on July 1, or whenever the pre-season is. That’s the only thing I know.’ Doyle told the Derby Telegraph.
He added: ‘It will be cleared up in the summer.
‘There might be nothing to clear up. I might be just there for another year. I’ve a year left on my contract.’
