Nouha Dicko has been saying how pre season so far under new Wolverhampton Wanderers manager Nuno Espirito Santo has been enjoyable despite being very tough.

With Wolves currently out in Austria on our pre season training camp, we also have three friendly matches arranged for our time out there, and Dicko believed that the work we had been doing so far since returning to training would stand us in good stead both for the friendlies, but also the coming Championship season itself.

Speaking to the Official Website the 25 year old said confidence in the group was already high.

‘It feels like a fresh start for some of the players – there have been some changes but that`s football and you have to deal with it. We have a new manager and a new philosophy, it is like a fresh start for everyone but in the end it`s the same football club – we still have to defend this badge like we did in the past.’

Dicko went on to say.

‘We are really confident and hopefully we will be able to have a good season. I think the most important thing about our time away is the bonds which are made off the pitch. We`ve got good guys all around the place here – I don’t think we will have any problems amongst the group and hopefully that will be shown during the first matches.’

Speaking about how tough pre season had been so far, he went on to say.

‘Pre-season has been tough so far but it`s been really good – it`s a new philosophy, he`s trying to teach us his way of playing and his way of viewing things. We have all quite enjoyed it so far and hopefully we will be able to take that into the first games and into the season. The first sessions have been really good, I`ve really enjoyed it – I feel good and everyone is feeling good so it`s all good.’
