Saturday turned into a disappointing and frustrating day for Wolverhampton Wanderers fans as we were held to a single point by Molineux visitors Newcastle United.
Having seen Steve Bruce’s side surprisingly take the lead, we battled back nicely and Leander Dendoncker had us on level terms in the 14th minute and although we’ve certainly played better in previous games, despite creating the chances, we just couldn’t get that second to take the win and all three points.
Speaking to the media following the game, head coach Nuno Espirito Santo admitted that we needed to freshen the group up now with some signings before the January transfer window shuts.
“It’s obvious that we must bring in players. Today was not the best, it was difficult, not many spaces, but the final delivery should be better."

Having operated with a smaller pack this season, especially with our Europa League commitments, plenty of fans will be hoping that Nuno gets his wish here as the group have done incredibly well so far, but a fresh face or two can only help.
Needs saying. Fosun need to back him or lose him.

The problem/frustrating thing with the way wolves recruit is the bottom line there has to be a potential for making a profit which is always going to restrict with who u can and can’t buy, i honestly think this going to backfire on us this time around. I hope I’m wrong
